In light of the current economic climate we have decided to withdraw the product from the market. This means that we are no longer accepting applications for new loans. This includes applications from existing customers for additional borrowing.
There is no impact to your existing loan and your credit agreement remains in place. You should continue to make your monthly payments and any Direct Debit you have set up will continue to operate unchanged.

If you are experiencing temporary difficulties in making your payments relating to COVID-19, please note: We have launched a Payment Freeze feature that will allow eligible customers to put a hold on their required monthly loan repayments for three months.
If your account is up to date and you are not currently on a payment holiday this will be available through your online account.
If you already have a Payment Freeze which is coming to an end and you do not think you can resume your monthly payments, please contact us as soon as possible on 0333 414 1078* and we can discuss your options, which may include a Payment Freeze extension.
